Main Colour Sample Set
The price includes one colour sample card.
Please select the number of the sample you are interested in when placing your order.
You can also purchase the complete colour palette at a reduced price — the full set is available now for just £11.
Each sample card can be purchased individually — this gives you the flexibility to replace or top up only the samples you’re missing over time.
As we introduce new colours in the future, they will be available as individual add-ons, so you can easily expand your sample set without needing to repurchase the full version.
If you purchase this main set now, you’ll be able to buy future colours separately and keep your collection complete and up to date at all times.
If you purchase a palette that is not yet complete (for example, Palette No. 3 with only the first colours available), you only pay for the palette once.
As soon as the remaining colours are released, we will automatically send the missing samples to you at no extra cost.
This means you receive a fully completed palette and we cover the shipping for all future colour updates.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
The cotton outer can handle light spot cleaning quite well. Use a damp cloth with mild soap, and gently dab the area. Avoid rubbing too hard, as this can cause pilling or slight fading.
For deeper cleaning, hand washing is recommended. Soak the item in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent, rinse thoroughly, and air dry flat.
Avoid machine washing (especially if it’s part of a finished product), as agitation can loosen the twist and distort the shape.
As the product includes a core (e.g., polyester), drying might take a bit longer, so just give it plenty of time to fully dry through.

All orders are carefully packed with love and attention to detail.
UK orders are shipped via EVRi.
Please note: each EVRi parcel can hold up to 15 kg.
Larger orders will be sent in separate parcels to ensure safe delivery.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item is faulty.
