Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may also have the right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unused, uncut, and in original packaging
  • With tags (if applicable)
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Returns must be approved before sending
  • Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is covered by us only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect sent by us
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or cut-to-length cords
  • Made-to-order or bulk orders
  • Used, cut, altered, or unwound items
  • Thread, cord, or yarn that has been removed from original packaging or partially used
  • Items that show signs of handling beyond what is necessary (e.g. tangled, stretched, or rewound improperly)
  • Opened packs of small accessories (e.g. hooks, clasps, rings, connectors) for hygiene and resale reasons
  • Mixed or custom bundles that have been separated or modified
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Within 30 days: you are entitled to a full refund
  • After 30 days: we will offer a repair or replacement
  • If this is not possible, you may be entitled to a refund or partial refund

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
